i have a large pair of coral banded shrimp, is there any way i can put a skunk cleaner , or a blood(fire) shrimp in the same tank?
multiple shrimps in one tank?

If you are doing it in the 29, I would not. The coral banded can be very aggressive to other shrimp. If it were a much larger tank it might work. On the other hand, I keep a blood (fire), skunk cleaners, and an army of peppermints in one of my 90 gallon tank with no problems between them.

Like everyone else said, I would not reccomend a coral banded shrimp in that small of a tank. They are extremely territorial, and the smaller the tank, the worst their temper because they need to protect their own territory.
You might be able to get a really small one, but obviously its going to grow and you may have to remove it.

You probably wont have trouble with a coral banded and a cleaner or fire shrimp in a 29. I know that every tank is different, and each individual animal can be different, I used to have a pr of coral banded with cleaners in a 12 nano, and now in my 24 gal nano I have a pr of atlantic cleaners, pr of harlequins and a pr of Stenopus pyrsonatus (a larger more agressive relative of the common coral banded). While they are an agressive shrimp, it is mostly toward other Stenopus, and small shrimp they can easily over power and eat. The coral banded would go after the sexy shrimp.

You can add the other shrimp! The Coral Banded,s will really enjoy the dietary Supplement!!!
I would be shocked if the others lasted a day!!
But like all things in this hobby there are exceptions.
My coral banded is bad to the bone and will eat anything he can rundown. I have seen hime eat "cleaners, peppermints, snails, hermit crabs (that he pulls out of the shell a leg at a time) , a clown goby and a small emerald grab that he "Cornered"

so i should not try to put a pistol shrimp in with my pair of golden coral bandeds? i tried once and lost the pistol. thought it was the store i bought from. should i try again?
