My 110 Gallon Peninsula Reef Tank

As promised on previous post here is the a shoot of the current sump.

Am sure everyone can compare the difference between the two but just for fun here is the list of the changes in the sump after two year! skimmer changed to Skimz SM201; upgraded how a dose kalk to Avast K1 Kalk Stirrer; the left side of the sump have been converted to a frag holding section and the light has also been updated to an LED DIY 50/50; GFO and GAC have both been removed from the system. As per dosing system yes am still using Tom Aquatics Aqua-Lifter Dosing Pump with a timer and yes they are still working like a champ! I did pickup a GHL Profilux 3-pump Stand Alone Doser I just havent had a chance to install it! hopefully in 2014 I'll have it installed!!!!

i know what you mean man.... i need to break out the steal brush!!!!!

honestly it's not about how clean the sump is, it's all about the result and your result speaks for them selves.

Hi sweet ride,

I am looking your trade for a while as reference design, i like the way you manage your relatily low wideness tank (18") and take great advantage to hright versus wide dimension. I have a question toward dimensions : have you a seperate area toward wall taking a part for tank length or is the whole length (60") use as display?

Thanks Marc, as per your question I do have a trapezoid overflow that is about 6" in width in the far end that is covered with GSP, the rest o the tank is used as a display. I hope that answers your question.

Very nice shots!

Is this one a colony? If so, would you be able to post a whole colony shot please?
