There are 5. Just added a fairy wrasse. Next will be a pair of clowns. Flip flopping on a yellow or purple tang. Don't know if there will be any other additions.
The Tang population in my tank which is 300 gallons is 3 yellows, 1 purple, 1 chevron, 1 naso. They seem to get along for the most part. If one is having a bad day sometimes they slap each other. But all in all they get along. Good luck with the tank it looks good.
I've got some chaeto, and some gracilaria that I collected locally if you want that too. Let me know. It's time for nutrient export. Looking for some healthy chaeto and all the life it houses. Anyone have some locally they can part with?
Purple tangs are all over the place at a couple live fish stores. I'm not sure I want to risk putting a yellow and a purple together. Although it's a large cube it's only 36" x 36"

Every fish is it's own personality, no two are alike.
Chromis are famous for dwindling down to 1.
See George for your clowns.
As far as a tang goes, Purples can be bossy if they get there first.
