mike it's a bristle worm which should be thrown in the trash as far as I am concerned. even if you do you will never get rid of all of them. one in the trash is a good start. some species have been known to get huge and clog up plumbing. yeah I can't remember exact length but I have seen pics next to a tape measure that was 4-5 ft long. some will attack sick corals. some don't hurt anything but most all of them can stick your finger.
