My aquarium. Moscow. Polina.

I would love to see a video of the fish being syringe fed. A beautiul collection. Please continue to post :)

She left as quickly as she came, lol ...

I'm not against force feeding if it helps the fish to identify food & eat.

Very cool video of the incubation process. Would you mind sharing the details of you setup for the incubation?

wow awesome videos and the fish selection is incredible...we dont see those butterflies in the states everyday...

How do you catch the male in the tank? I would guess you use some kind of trap. Once you catch him does he just spit the eggs? Your tank is looking very nice and mature!
well done
Pat

Most of the time he doesn't resist and I catch it with the hands (it can be understood, who wants to skip lunch twenty five days in a row?) Sometimes I have to use a trap. I grab it with my hand in the water gently open his mouth. Eggs in my possession.

I no longer see the Chaetodon larvatus. Did you loose him? How long did you have him?

I am looking into getting one that is already eating. I will try all of the foods you used plus some others that I think might work. I will try to publish the results so that people have as much information as possible. Please help us keep these beautiful butterflies!

Hi. Long absent. But there's a reason for that. The old system doesn't exist. The last six months involved a new one. 2500 mm x 900 mm x 700 mm H.
