He was the coolest fish in my tank. I was sad. He was cleaning all five tangs and eating mysis and cyclopeez. I thought... for sure he'd make it more than 3 days.

Yeah... It's polyps look great.

I am sure Snowboarda42 told you to be very careful with the hydnophora but just in case, they are extremely dangerous corals if allowed to contact any other. You have to make sure that it cannot in any possible way fall into another coral, and it needs lots of room to grow.

I have a large colony myself, but be aware that they take special consideration.

Here's my new gobie. He showed up almost 4 feet from where I put him. The shrimp hasn't shown up yet. Hoping for the best.

they can get very hairy even during daylight hours, but I have never seen streamers off it at night. I really don't think they have that capability, but perhaps someone knows different.

I heard that they do have sweeper tentacles, although neither I nor the person I got that coral from have seen them.

This coral is growing... The time between these pics is 2 weeks...

I think the lighter tips on this one are growth... Is that accurate?

Some recent shots...

I picked up some very inexpensive fish and corals this weekend at a local sale. I got 10 B/G Chromis for 10 bucks.

Also... my Banggaii's are expecting...
