My chalice collection under new AI Sol's

Hello everyone. I had been in shopping mode for the past few months for some new lights. I finally gave in and decided to go the LED route. The LED's that caught my attention the most were the AI Sol's.

The dimming controls to simulate day and night cycles as well as thunderstorms is what locked me in. I've been running them for about 3 weeks now. So far so good. I started them off a bit too high in the 50% range and noticed some slight bleaching on a few corals so I turned them down. Right now I don't go past 30%.

These lights have some serious juice. I have them hanging 14" above the rim of the tank at the moment. Seems that's the best height I've found for them where most of my corals seem happy.

The Sol's are very strong. Much stronger than my T5's. I'm running at very low settings to give the corals time to adjust to the new lights. Most have already adjusted and I've seen a significant increase in polyp extension and growth in just the 3 weeks I've been running them. I'm very impressed with the results so far.
