My first anemone - I have no idea what i'm doing. Please help

After 4 weeks of him traveling around my tank I had no choice but to return him to my LFS. Some creatures are just not meant for some tanks, he just couldn't get comfortable.

I traded him in for a RBTA, beautiful specimen as well. I didn't even have time to put him in the tank and he attached right away, seems like he fit right in and the ocellaris have become curious already.

Good foresight there in the trade, hopefully you will have better luck with the BTA. Show us some pics! Also how did you go raising your Cal level? Thinking about getting a BTA for my 40gal however not sure as of yet how to go about raising my Cal level from 340-360 into the 400s. Was wondering what your process was and how it's progressing.

My BTA is doing great, he has split twice and now i have three.
I use Randy's guide to keep my Alk/Calc/Mg at my preferred level. Guide

I personally like it at 9dkh/420/1350

Beautiful LTA, too bad you had to return it. When I did my rock work I purposefully created a cliff-like wall on one end, leaving about 6-8 inches of open space between it and the side of my tank. My LTA was then placed there when the tank was ready, and moved around a bit until it got its foot wedged in the corner of the tank.
