My first P&S pic posted...be gentle!

Dan came by the other day and manipulated our Kodak Z1012 IS...a middle of the road P&S (2 yrs ago), like it was his own! I haven't really messed with it much, and primarily used it as the fam. cam.

I have a lot to learn but I hope it's a step up from my typical cell phone pics ;)

looks good. Take as many pictures as you can. It will get better. I still have a lot of learning to do also.

posting picture tip, instead of getting that thumbnail..To post a full pic use..

An easy way to find the URL of the PIC if it is hosted is to right click on it,go to properties and the copy the URL

pretty sure it's one of those rock Nems. like what Dan has...and I need one. Like the air I breathe.....

Tis a rock nem. Just picked up another one from ABC Pets today...he got them in bleached but will eventually color up. But what color it will be is the fun part. I guess often they are just brown but now and again you get lucky like Dan has with his.

My wife just installed Kodak EasyShare on here so I'm not using a site that hosts the pics. I will poke around and see if I can do the same thing from there or I will just start a PhotoBucket acct like I see so many of you do.

hey justin,I just used what you did with the pic..when you uploaded it to RC,They are hosting it..

I just used the method I posted to post it without a thumbnail

photobucket... kodak gallery etc is decent for hosting photos.

And nice rock nem Justin. Great picture too! I think feeding the bleached new nem will help out, as I'm sure most of its host zooxanthellae is gone, and it wont be able to sustain itself.
