My first RBTA split

My first RBTA split! I bought this about 4 months ago and it has been doing well. On my way home from work, my son called and told me the anemone was splitting and just had a little patch holding it together. Once I got home, this is what is looked like. All is well this morning too.

Any tips besides leaving it alone for awhile. Is a water change recommended? I assume is takes a few weeks for it to generate mouths too.

As an aside, my two false perculas had taken to hosting with the main colony only after about 4 weeks in the tank.

Generally a good idea to do a water change immediately after a split, other than that leave it be and don't feed it until they have formed their new mouthes completely, gluck and congrats!! I want one so bad :(
 
Thanks for the compliments! I completed a water change and he looks just fine. He even got more of his rose color back today.
