Had the camera out again recently, I may lose it for a while as there is spots on the sensor and needs to go off to Nikon for cleaning. I keep putting it off, it's a common issue with the D600.

Problem is my corals are either at the water surface or a few inches away, the minimum focusing required would make things difficult. Nice piece of kit though there.

Franky, I've got that top down box, I don't use it much for the reason Aaron noted, I think mine is the shorter version though. Also, I need to open up my canopy so wide to use it that it really changes the lighting over the tank and makes getting good shots tricky. I'm going to try and use mine more frequently though.
 
Hey Aaron have u tried something like this for top downs it cuts out the glare and reflections










I have this as well, and struggle to have the lens not angled compared to the front acrylic. It then blurs the photo because of the angle. I have tried other approaches and seem to get a great amount of glare. I can't seem to figure out how others get such great shots from the top down.
