korallin CA reactor
ASM g3 skimmer
drilled back closed loop with OM SS.

Thanks all, I took the 80gal down 2 months ago. The corals didn't like the move very much but most have come back.
I have a 6 bulb tek lite retro. All five blues and one ulv aqua sun. I don't have a chiller. I keep the house air no higher than 80 deg and the tank fluxes between 78 and 80. I get all my corals and fish at exotic.

As for equipment, I'm not going to give my opinion because everyone on here has there own views and I don't want to get hijacked. Also what works for me may not work for you. A reef tank is an individual just like all of us, no two are alike(ie. water chem or equipment). Thanks DOTS, all of my colonies started off no bigger than 3" most were no more than 3/4"-1"

My sand is a mix of 3-4 mm with some big 1/4 " chuncks thrown in.

By the way I think I want to sell my 80gal. It's 60"X18"X18" with a corner overflow. The stand is in good shape too. I'll post some pics tomarrow. I'm thinking around $300 to start off. I payed $240 for the tank and $280 for the stand and canopy.

It would make a great prop tank for all you fraggers.
