Chuck, it has been a great experience helping out on this project. Glad to be a part of it. Hopefully the move was not too stressful for you. Looking forward to doing a little more plumbing tomorrow.

Looking down the road, this will be great for the city of sioux falls and for our Sioux Falls Aquarium Society. A great place to hold our meetings, do educational projects and such.

Yep We cash floated everything so it went in stages. The living room (where my tank was) was done in Spring 2008. Then had to move the Furnace and get a new AC unit in summer 2009 and now in spring till present 2010 we put in an egress window and framed out a bedroom, made a full bath out of a 1/2 bath (busting up concrete and redoing plumbing). We are just putting trim on and carpet goes in tomorrow...so I'm VERY close....just been a long process but I didn't take out any $$ to do it!!!

Little by little. Yeah I hear something always pops up. I'd rather do it that way myself. I can almost see the light at the end of my tunnel too. I cant wait to finish off the inside of my office hopefully after the holidays I will get the energy.
