okay, thanks, will dig out the ole QT tank. My only issue is it's deeply rooted, has a good foot right down the bottom.

Definitely needs treatment. Either dig it out when its dead or dig it out now while you can still save it either way you have to dig it out of the sand. Good luck keep us posted.

cheers, just mixing up some fresh salt water to put back in the tank when I take out some to treat it. Will keep this post updated.
