my pink tail trigger has a skinny pink thing that is stuck in its butt

Anyone experience this before? It dosnt want to eat too much either. Usually its a hog at feeding time. Am I doomed?

sry I went to take a pic right after I posted and it was already gone. the fish is still swimming but not eating much for the second day in a row gonna see how it goes for another day and then decide what measures to take.

My crosshatch used to have something like that if he ate to many of the pellets...
