My Regal Blue Tang goes to bed at night

I just got a Regal Blue Tang at Memfish and at night he wiggles into this half inch space and lays down on the rock. In the morning hes up and swimming around. The first night I thought for sure he was dying. It is kinda weird to see a fish lying on it's side in a small space. I guess he just likes to go to bed and take a rest.

That is pretty normal for a Regal to do. They hide in really tight spaces for their night's sleep (rest). You think they are stuck sometimes...the space is SO small. Next day...swimming and eating again.

I had one that laid down on the sandbed the first couple nights.

Yeah, my Blue Hippo does the same thing, although his choice of sleeping spot varies from time to time.
