My Spaghetti coral is out of control!

I was wondering if it is possible to frag leathers. I've heard it can be done, but I've never tried. Also, on Acro's, when I see dead spots, should I cut them off? I had a purple tip frogspawn brushing up against one and it looks like the tips that were touching it sort of melted.

Leathers are pretty easy to frag, just get a good clean pair of scissors or a razor blade and slice a branch off. As far as attaching them to rock, there are several methods, but I've had the most success with sewing the frag to a rock with a needle and the smallest fishing line I can find.
