My Ultimate Multi Mantis System(s)

Starts and shutsdown after 5secs no noise no beep no screen restarts shutsdown continuously.....

Organized NEW PC last night -_-....

Now that's using your noggin'!:lol2:

I learned from past mistakes...a big mistake that I simply had to find a way around...

ALL my old footage is gone ;( I see it as a major significant loss due to it clearly detailing where I was at the very very beginning to where I am now...

Footage I will never get back nor be able to replicate due to a lot of it based around my old single 4ft tank...

Look around the thread and find the images your posted and just save them.

This is so upsetting. The pix are all support to the text info you provide. I hope this does not prevent you from further pictures and post.

With the huge upgrades to the system I am looking at the positive side. Unfortunately no new people will see how the systems have changed as your skills improved.

Something i have noticed recently....

The video Giant Smasher vs Giant Crabs...

Has sky rocketed...well in comparison to any of my other videos...

Where most sit around a few hundred views (100-300)

This particular video is now over 3000 views!!!

MORE! MORE!! :D

How is the system doing? Are you liking the upgrade? I bet the lack of bubbles in the dissplay is making you very happy

There is still bubbles in the display but not as much, I think with my complex system designs, it is INEVITABLE that bubbles will be made, the water is passing through so many pipes etc.

System is certainly looking good, the skimmers are work horses and ripping crap out of the tanks.

Still have an algae issue in the form of lettuce & Hair but am about to purchase a tang to hopefully combat this.

Everything is noticeably quieter.

Something I haven't mentioned yet and probably should....

Maximus is dead :hmm1: after nearly 5years the giant G.graphurus now lay at rest in my freezer there was not molt failure there were no signs of disease, the giant male Graphurus simply didn't move when I investigated, I slid the corpse out of the burrow gently whilst in the tank and there was no reaction....he's dead.

Not sure how Minnie is reacting but I think she is grieving, they spent their whole lives either together or within sight of each other, they mated fortnightly/monthly.

I removed Minnie from the tank altogether and placed her into STAND A, I will gut the old compartment that housed them both and remove the divider that I had in place (which did nothing anyway...), in preparations for hopefully a P.ciliata!

But Maximus is no more :(

I now have 1 G.graphurus left that being Minnie and it has put me into the position that I originally wanted to be in a couple of years ago...I never wanted 'duplicate' species but once I got Maximus and other duplicates, they quickly grew on me....

As I said I now have 1 G.graphurus (Minnie) she is now in Stand A and this stand is now totally unique compartment to compartment.

There are 6 compartments, species held now are G.graphurus, G.smithii, G.ternatensis,G.chiragra & G.falcatus with the 6th compartment empty and free for hopefully a G.glabrous or better yet an E.guerinii

STAND B is a barren empty system that holds ONLY Minos (as far as Stomatopods go) and Minos has certainly proved to be one of the TOUGHEST individuals I have...coming back from death I often think he is dead or rather....undead.
