Hey now, i have some pretty awesome cats!! Mine out-awesome all other cats (2 rescue savannah cats).
I do scoff at people with their piranhas bc of my triggerfish as well. "Oh your piranha are cute. Let me introduce you to my triggerfish."
Speaking of piranha - local facebook group having banner contest (freshwater and saltwater group). Winner? Picture of piranha in a tank with FAKE CORAL DECORATION. I was upvoting every other picture trying to keep that one down. Having piranha in a cool freshwater planted tank? Awesome! Piranha in a fake saltwater tank? ***!

That is impressively horrible Hahahahaha wow. That's better than I expected. Fake coral and cotton candy gravel. What's even better is that those decorations can't be cheap. They must have spent a decent chunk on that crap

Only if profit is involved which there isn't in these cases
But in the future when I do look to profit off things they will be solely my own creations (no other existing figures whether is Jack Sparrow / Ironman etc. etc.)

My trademark is official though and falls under global protection rights (which is why I recently added the small TM to it).
So the use of my character 'Mantisman' or anything that I create, that is used to create profit is the reverse manner and in favor of myself, in that I can take to court anyone that is using my creation/name/etc.

I couldn't sell a poster of Mantisman & Jack Sparrow without asking for permission from the creators of Jack Sparrow to create that poster to begin with for the purpose of profit and sales (which they would only agree to if they got like 50% of the profits lol), or they take me to court.
But the exact same thing is reversed with the use of my character 'Mantisman', no one could create a poster/etc. of Mantisman for profit without me giving permission and me getting funds from their profits, or I take them to court.

Because of what is about to transpire in the next 2months I and my agents have considerably ramped up protection rights and we will mercilessly pursue those that seek to profit off my creations whether they are from the Non-Fiction (my videos/photos of Stomatopods) or Fiction (my creation/name Mantisman, the Comic(s) and Novel(s) etc.)

I keep all .RAW Digital Data (Photos/Videos) for proof in case I need to go to court to prove something that someone has stolen is indeed mine.
