Nano Cube

I'm looking at a tank for my desk at work, a 12 gal Nano cube with one 24 watt PC bulb. I know the cube with duel 24 watt bulbs would be best, but the single bulb unit is on sale right now. Do you thing this setup would be OK for zoos, or am I going to end up kicking myself later?
