I just received the Nano Stream 6025 and love the flow, but have a question regarding the amount of noise it makes. It's a noticeable hum/buzz. Does this go away after a short break in period? I did remember to put the rubber feet on the magnets.
They do make some noise but it does reduce sharply after a few days. Thin glass on smaller tanks tends to carry the noise more than thicker/ larger tanks.
Thanks. I kind of thought so. Sort of like the Full Size Stream pumps. I put it in a small ( 25 gallon ) tank so the glass isn't the thickest either. I'll keep monitoring it.
