Nanostream 6025

I bought a used Tunze 6025 from one of the member here on RC. the drive unit indicates that it is a 6045 instead of 6025. I just wonder if the cover make any difference on how much flow the unit pushes? in other words if I have the 6025 cover on the 6045 motor. will it slow down the flow. thanks Roger.!!!!

The 6045 and 6025 use the exact same 6025.700 drive unit and the 6045.130 cover will not fit on a 6025 and vice versa. If the motor has a sticker that says 6045 it is a 6045 and if it says 6025 it is a 6025, this will be on the motor under the cover.
