naoko wrasse with swim bladder issues

My naoko wrasse apparently has a swim bladder problem as he can no longer swim. I have put him in my frag tank with no one else, but he just lays on the bottom upside down. He is alive and ok otherwise and goes after food.

Can I treat for anything or is he done for?
