NCPARS/TFP Fall Frag Event October 2.2010

Ok yea if wanting to setup a tank what all do i need bring is this indoor or out door? Power available. My zoa frag tank over grown and planed on cutting 5to10 polyp frags all 10 a piece and work a like a 3 for 25 deal. I have probably roughly 25 plus frags of about 6 or so zoas

You bring the tank, lights if you want(not necessary),water if you want(TFP has water to use if you like)heater, powerhead for flow and a power strip, ext cord and bags or containers to package frags sold.register on www.fragswapper.com and list your corals for sale.People interested will reserve some of them from you before the swap and you can set up the tank to display any ones that are not reserved prior for sale or trade

I know in the past there was a list that went around and people reserve table space. Is that something that is still on the works or can anyone bring a tank and be assigned a spot once they are there?

Al,good question. At larger events like the tfp swaps we have not been doing a map with table registrations.Tables will be assigned the morning of the event and TFP will be supplying plenty of room and tables.Thats why registration on fragswapper is important,it gives us a head count on approximately how many swappers will be attending

great thank you sir. listed a few and already have request so ill be making the trip up for sure. will be 2 maybe 3 of us but im only one selling or tradin outa the group

Instant Ocean users

Anyone going to the swap want to split some salt. Instant Ocean, 200 gallon box, buy 3 - get 1 free. I'd like 2 boxes but don't want 4.

thanks
Bill

carpool with anyone? from wilkes-barre? also, what is thre recommened amount of cash to bring with you (yes i know, as much as you can, skys the limit) but whats a pretty good number that people usually budget for these events (never been to one before) thanks

I take whatever I commit to plus about 100 bucks for anything else I find. I may take extra for the raffle if I have it available to spend. The specials at TFP usually makes me a credit card just in case. I haven't seen much this year and I don't know if they are offering much. Last it was three pages or more just on aquarium items for sale. Does anyone know if they are going to send or post their specials? Other than salt, tanks, livestock.

I am up for a carpool also... if anyone plans on staying all day. I would be more than happy to throw someone $$ to drive since my suv gets 11 mpg.
