Need advice for new setup

I'm starting reef for the first time. I have had freshwater for many years but my kids have been asking for this forever. All I know is canister filters so this sump thing is all new to me. I think I got what I need from a little research for the 100-gallon tank and stand i just bought. But a little feedback would be helpful. I plan to start with just live rock and some fish until I get the chemistry down and figure out what I actually want in the tank. I kind of just need reassurance as this was very expensive lol.
