Need anemone help plz!!

Hello my nem started wandering and I noticed it looked bad. Is he sick or splitting? never seen one during splitting so dont know what it looks like. Plz help Thanks Bill

I would say it HAS split, it has only half of its mouth, look for the other half. Do a water change now, 20%. Do not feed until the mouth is formed, you have another someplace.
Congrats. Now go do that water change

It possible that its a split but normally the split should not have wandered that far that you would not have noticed it. Really look at the mouth on it there if its whole its not a split If there is a rip you have a split.

Normal splits will take much time to recover and move again. No reason to freak out over it try blending the food to liquid then slowly begin to feed it after a week or so.
