Need help to id these fishes

picture.php

A fish distribuitor called me regarding some new fishes available.
He told me that these fishes were collected in Southeast Brazil, between Rio de Janeiro and Espirito Santo States.

Distribuitor called them pink chromis... but does´t look like damsels ...

I will pick up at least one to my QT tonight and will take closer pictures later... but does anyone have a clue on what are they ?

Selling price for each is about USD 42.00 each

definitely not a damsel or chromis...they look like some kind of wrasse or maybe even a juvenile parrotfish.( hard to tell without a closer photo)

I am interested in knowing what they are as well.

I am also interested in knowing why someone would purchase a fish and know nothing about it.

Well , I have been in the hobby for a while and when finding a potencial new species, get very excited. The fishes in picture does not seem to be any well know large wrasse or even snaper juvenile.
So I am very excited to see these fishes in personal and QT tank will hold at least one of them. If find out that is not a reasonable fish to keep, will think about what can I do with it later... One thing is to purchase a lopez tang, bubble bee grouper and hope it to be peaceafull ... last few years some new Bodianus wrasse were captured in african side of atlantic sea...so maybe this time this could be a new species from Brazilian side... in few ours will check them in personal....

well checking the fishes later today... these are very small Creole wrasse .... light colors not usual for species... but fishes were not ok ...so may pick up one in few days...
