Need help with blue face

Hey all

I just noticed that my blue face angel fish was laying in the sand still breathing, but not well. I just took him out and put him in a specimen container but he does not look good. What can I do?
My parameters are as follows:

PH: 8.4
Ammonia 0
Cal 410
Nitrate 10ppm
Nitrite 0ppm
Phosphate N/D
Mag 1400
Temp 78

A little difficult to guess what is going on at this point. Is there anything noticeable on the skin? May want to move him to a quarantine tank, long term in a specimen container might be stressful.

What size is the fish. How long have you had it? How is/was it eating? We need more info than just tank stats, unfortunately.

he is 5", I've had him for over a year and 1/2 and he was eating. He has since passed. Thanks for trying to help all

I'm sorry for your loss, in that case. Sounds like he was doing well. Are any other fish showing symptoms?
