need help with calcium monitor

have a pinpoint monitor I am trying to recail it this month.But it keeps giving me a err when I hit the enter button.Now I have the 100 solution way above the white dots on the probe but it will not cail

any ideas? never have had this problem before.I can`t find a replacement phrobe

Unfortunately I do not have much experience with the calcium monitor. I have calibrated it and used it a few times, but that's it. I would recommend giving American Marine a call direct at (914) 763-5367. If you need anything on our end please let us know.
