I had these plants/algae start showing up after my cycle completed. I used caribsea "live" sand, dry reef saver rock, and a 42lb piece of dry pukani. The rock was dipped in bleach before I placed it in the tank. I just added cheato last week with hopes on getting rid of these. I do have a phosban reactor that I haven't hooked up yet. Do you think that would help?

Acetabularia, aka Mermaids Wine Glass or Tea Cup. They may just disappear on their own. Phosban might help, but you never know.

I was just googling it and the top listing were "where can I find it"... I will definitely check with local reefers to see if they want it first.

Also. Brand new tank with dry rock I see. Don't mean to be a downer but you should get ready for several waves of nuisance algae as the tank matures. Gfo reactors can help lessen the blow but will not exempt you from it entirely

Yeah its been cycled about 6mo. I figured it would be worse by now but I do have a low bioload and way oversized skimmer.

I had the same problem about 2 months ago. My tank used about 40 pounds of dry rock and caribsea live sand. Tank was about 5 months old with a light bio load. A clean up crew made the difference eating through all of the algae in about a week.
