Need Identification

Can anyone identify this single white spot on the right gill of my Solar Wrasse?

I just dosed PraziPro yesterday, when this spot was not visible. I have him in QT with a Sunburst Anthias, which also has a white spot on the tip of her pelvic fin. Both fish are behaving normally and eating normally.

Thanks!

While the picture is not crisp, I would say lymphocystis. Selcon or other food supplement and time should fix the issue.

ya sorry, i tried to snap a better pic but the wrasse got tired of posing. that, and my iphone camera isn't the greatest.

thanks for the id, I hope it's that because it sounds harmless

So the white spot isn't protruding from his body anymore. Instead, it looks like there's an open wound, nothing too serious, about the same size as the spot in the picture above. Will that only heal transiently?
Thanks
