Need skimmer advise

I am talking with a guy who has one. I would need to buy a pressure rated pump though. It would be for a 150Tall with a 40 breeder as a sump. Anyone have experiance with these?

Chadfarmer your opinion would be nice.

I wouldn't go anything under the 800. I have one and it's great although I run my Geo beckett now. It was close in performance if you put a Iwaki 70 instead of the Iwaki55 they recommend.

Oh yea, how about a free 7 ft tall diy cc skimmer? :lol:

Actually it can skim with the best of them too! If you have a place for it.
