Need some help w/ hitchhiker crab ID

I've been trying to catch two different crabs that have hitchhiked into my tank. I finally caught one and was able to photograph him. Here he is.....can anyone ID him? Is he reef safe? From what I've seen, he acts like a emerald crab, picking algae off the L.R.

From what I can see this looks like a red eyed crab, they are not reef-safe when they get larger.
