needed: sump/fuge materials, algae, sand, pump, etc

I think the title pretty much says it all, I visited a greater philadelphia area LFS having a sale today and came home with an overflow box, as i was considering a sump anyway, and it was on sale - now I need the rest of the setup, as they didnt have anything that fit my needs on sale

looking for:
sump/refugium/empty tank/whatever to fit in my stand (i have about 25wx16dx25t for it)
Return pump to fit 46G tank (350-450 GPH at 4' head pressure would be good, i think) the less power consumption the better, of course.
LS, LR rubble, macroalgae, etc to stock it

I figured i'd check around to see if anyone had this sort of stuff lying aroud before continuing to shop garage sales and other area LFS for it all.

Suggestions of what to look for and where to look are always appreciated as well - i'm going to check lowes/HDfor rubbermaids of appropriate size, but don't think i'll find anything. a standard 20H is my fallback plan - I hould note, my skimmer is about 20" high, so something about that tall would be best to avoid noise of the water cascading out of it.

I have a 15 gallon tank. It's the same footprint as a 20 H just a little shorter. I'd take $15 for it. Let me know if you're interested. I work in West Chester daily and I actually have to go to The Frazer Zoo tomorrow around 1 PM.
