I picked up a ORA Neon Goby last week and have not seen it since I put it in. Until tonight, its been living inside my gigas clam.
Does anybody is this ok? The clam doesn't seem to mind.

there are a good handful ofanimals that live comensaly inside of tridacna clams, should be fine I would say.

my neon goby was bothering the crap outta my one crocea so I traded it in, then it took to my other crocea, it didnt seem to bother the other crocea after a couple days, now it lays right in the middle on my squamosa most of the day :)

I feed my tank Liquid Life Marine Plankton once a week and every time I do that the clam will rapidly close and reopen about 5 times. Last night when I put it in on the 2nd time it closed the goby got shot out. It look confused, waited till it was done and right back inside. :lolspin:

thats funny, a goby hosting clam. how big are does clams. i have a pair neon gobys and if i get a small clam i would hate for both of them to try to fit in there. it might not be so pretty.

my clown fish has hosted in my gigas for 2 years. the gigas is about 12 inches and the clown is about 2 inches. im waiting for the day the clam decides to close on him and get a good dinner. ill try to get a pic if i can before the lights go out.
