If it were my business I would pull all their products due to poor quality control. There is a lot of snake oil out there, but this product actually harmed my tank.

The incident that you went through is very unfortunate. Have you been able to bring your tank back to normal? We will look into the product quality issue immediately as we do not want our customer's tanks harmed in any way.

My phosphate levels aren't normal yet, but they're half what they were when I made that post. I just didn't want this to happen to anyone else.

I immediately stopped using it and ordered some food grade NaNO3 from Modernist Pantry.
