Hi!
I would like to keep in my tank a pair of Neopetrolisthes but I don´t have nothing simillar to a home for them. Only softies... no anemones, no shrooms and no nothing :lolspin:...
What can I use to keep them that not to be an anemone? (I believe that this sentence is not grammatically correct, as it would be said?)...
I thought about some rics but maybe I have a lot of light for them (4x24w T5 for a 19gal tank).
Give me ideas! thanks!:D

Here we call them porceline crabs, and they should do well as long as you don't mind not seeing them very much. There is a species here in FL, and I have kept them for a long time with no anemone or any soft corallamorph for them to live in and they just went under rocks until food was introduced. As I introduced foods, they would come out and eat, then return to the rocks, but they lived fine, I would find their sheds and so I know they were growing. The species from here is different, but I would guess the care would be the same as they are very similar in shape, color, and habitat.

Thanks Philter4! then, I don´t need to be worried for them and their "houses" ;)! perfect...
Here we call them porcelain crabs too but I wasn´t sure that it was the same all over the world :D...
Regards!
