That reccomendation is per all pH probe manufacturers that I've talked to. I'm not sure that it's 100% necessary, and I tend to calibrate more along the lines of every 6 weeks. From my understanding, pH calibration fluid can't be stored once it has been opened. It immediately begins to change pH levels once exposed to the air.

so this means we should have roughly 9 packs of calibration fluid for a years worth.

Jay any chance you will have a group buy for just the Direct Connect 4 (DC4HD). I would like to get one of these as well but 160$ just for that OUCH.

Hi Guys.... Unfortunatley the DC8 costs us a lot more when it is not purchased from Neptune with an Aquacontroller JR, so it's really hard to get the price down on that. If you do purchase the JR with the DC8 though you save a substantial amount of money.

Whats the difference on the AC Jr between the

DC4 Heavy Duty
DC4STD
DC8

I'm new to the controller world and would love to get in on this group buy.

The DC8 has 8 out lets for a total of 15amps each out let can switch 6amps at 120v. The DC4HD can switch 120v at12amps for a total of 10amps. continiuos. the DC4STD can switch 8amps at 120v.

I have contacted you guys three or four times over the last month about when you will be getting the AquaController Jr. in stock. I am interested in buying one at the RC group buy price with backlight, temp probe, and pH probe, but they are still out of stock.

Every time I call, I get told that they should be in by the end of the week. The first time I called, I was told they had been shipped and were on the truck, and that they would be there within 2 days. Again, it has been more than a month now... could you let me know when you guys plan on getting these in, or, if you don't know, could you just let me know? Thanks.

Unfortunately Neptune has some backorders on a few parts for their controlling equipment at this time. I did speak with them a few minutes ago and we are expecting to have good stock back in right before Christmas, probably the 19th or 20th.
