My Candy Cain coral does not seem to be adjusting well. It's been almost 2 weeks and it is usually real full all piece touching. But since I have moved it does not seem to be that happy.
Here is what my test are. What other things should I be testing for? I do not have my skimmer as of yet, should be getting it next week.. Lonnngggg Story....
Ammonia - 0
Nitrate - 0
Nitrite - 0
PH - 8.2
CA - 450
DKH - 10

Before:
440 VHO - 400 MH 20,000
Now:
440 VHO - 2 - 400 MH Both 20,000
I split the VHO 2 on each side (4' sections) All Actinic's
and the 400 MH are both center of the 4' Section
So really for lighting nothing has changed. I was curious how it would look with just 2 400 MH and I think it looks great. Cannot tell there are only 2 MH's It is really bright.

It is not a Galvanized Stock tank it is Rubbermaid stock tank. I'm not sure what my evaporation rate is everything is auto topped off with float switchs so I don't have to do anything.
Also I'm going to start drywalling the rest of the basement tomorrow woo hoo seem like for ever since thing felt like they were getting done.

I Also picked up a Female Mandarins today.. The male with in minutes was showing off in front of the female, fins all flared out. But that is it so far.

The Store bought all off his stuff from him. They did it up really nice, light on all the tanks Fresh and SW, and they have a lot more fish than he had. Right now they only have a 135 (I think) setup for corals. I'm hoping that they do well, and bring in a lot more live stock, the place is only a Mile from my house. Prices are not that bad either. The place has been packed all weekend. They carrier a wide range animals, Birds, Rabbits, Dogs, Ferrets, Lizards, snakes. Seen a lot of stuff being sold in the short time I was there.
