New anemone questions!

I recently bought some fully cured LR from a guy that was tearing down a tank. (GREAT DEAL!)
The question I have, is how can one tell what are "pests" vs. "good" anemones? The tank was in bad neglect, full of algea. After 2 weeks in my tank (and a good precleaning) there is a TON of life on these rocks. There are a lot of anemones of which I can not say what kind they are. I will try to get a pic or two up tomorrow! (warning...my camera sucks )

Pictures are the only way to tell, however I already have a feeling that they are pest anemones.

Neglect + lots of anems = aptasia (or manjano)
