*New anemone!*

Well, as some of you may know, i've been planning on getting an anemone and the time has finally come. The tanks been up for roughly 9-10 months and I think it is capable of supporting a nem. The anemone I think is a RBTA even though the tentacles are not as long as others, but i like its style. The foot is about the size of a .50 cent piece and he hasn't moved very much since i placed him. Do you all think he is healthy and doing okay for 2 days in the tank. He is still not 100% open yet. Also, the clown has not taken to him yet but its not really that important to me

Its good that ur clown hasn't taken to him yet. A clown can easily love a little guy like that to death. Looks good though.

yea i heard of stories like that before. He's getting bigger as the days go on and his foot seems to be getting longer. might be him reaching out or maybe moving. IDK but i'll keep everyone posted. everyone think he is for sure a rbta. i've seem some with long tentacles but his are more bubbly lol

he's pretty cool. i had a gbta a while back but he was twice the size as this one. im starting to wonder if the clown will even host him at all because he's an occi. idk lol

The clown could still host the nem. Occi's do host from time to time. For the anemone's sake, I hope it doesn't for awhile. That is a pretty tiny RBTA.

There's a good chance she will. My occi pair love their RBTA. Although I agree that it would be best for the nem if the clown ignores him for a while till he gets a good bit bigger.

Minor point, but...

The clowns do not do the hosting, the anemones do.
