new build 560 display, 1000+ total

well this will be a very long thread due to lack of wanting everything done right the first time. it is going in wall to be viewed on two sides
so far this is what I got
560 gallon display 120x36x30
starfire on three side,a 220 gallon refugium tank,a main sump of 200 gallons, close loop hammerheadpump with ocean motion 4 way, circulation pump hammerhead, qty 4 160wat actinic vhos, aprox 600+lb of live various rock including tonga,figi,haitian,floridian etc

future buys are reeflo orce 250 skimmer,
qty 4, 400 watt reeflux 12k MH

calcium reactor still deciding and kalk reactor still deciding open for opinions

Have you considered the Solaris over those MH furnaces? It's more expensive up front but the amount of money they save each and every day is amazing! Electric is so expensive!

do u currently use one and if so i would like to see whatr corals you have been growing and ur opinion but still that is very pricey

I've still yet to see a Solaris tank that is nice looking, but I'm anxious to see tbittner's. You could do 2 12x54w T5 units which would put you at about 1300 watts, a good bit less than 2240w you are currently looking at. I've got a 12x54w on my 60x36x26 (half the size of your tank) and am very happy with it.

The problem is that a solaris is optimized for 24" width. 36" is going to be kind of tough.
