What kind of scale are you considering. The aquariums I have visited were 10's of Millions of Dollars to build.
we were talking about project reef, the tank Mary has at her shop in Nitro, its a reef tank that our club is building and sponsoring, its a 75 or 90 gal I believe, and we need donations for it. If there were funding, something like this could be remodled, has parking and so on. Also, Mary's idea about the Dunbar shopping center is excellent, good location and all.
