What is considered a good Mg level? What did it used to be in IO?

Anything between 1250 and 1350 ppm is fine. NSW is around 1290 .
IO used to have about 1100. it appears to have somewhere between 1280 and 1350 now. A nice improvement.

Agreed. W/O a new measurement every batch, you just have to assume the composition has not changed dramatically. At 5 years past publishing, it may be inaccurate. I'll take my chance with IO & RC though...
