New Magnifica on a Cipro treatment. I think this one has a chance.

Any update ?

Yes.

The nem is in my display, and has been for 3 days now and looks great.
I'm working out of town so haven't been able to take a picture.

But my clowns found it within an hour and have been loving it.

I'm going to try feeding it Friday when I am back in town. Should I just put some small krill on it and see what it does? Or should I get something else?

Feed it small portions. I'd recommend half Krill skinned. Make sure the Krill is completely thawed out preferably in tank water. Put it close to his mouth. Watch and observe, if it has hard or easy time getting it down. Also, observe closely when he poops it out.

You can feed him any good sea food. I would smash it up a little, or cut small pieces. Smaller the easier for him to digest

Going on a couple weeks now and looking good still so I am pretty sure it'll make it :)

Crappy FTS, not sure why it moved directly into the flow of my return though?

Yes they do... Look in the "Show off your ritteri thread" and you will see that mine decided to walk back in Aug... to the highest point and directly under a light. Water change lets it's tentacles touch the surface.

I have been seeing a lot about CIPRO treatments but where does one get the med from? I have looked at a couple sites and cannot find a place that carries it?
Nice to see it made it and it looks healthy and happy in its new home. Congrats!

look up either fish flox (trade name) or 'saltwater cipro' on your normal search engine and you will find some. There are some LFS that carry it sometimes too.

A friend of mine and I are going in 1/2 on some and it was just ordered yesterday should be here by weekend.

I got mine on eBay.

Seems like the ticket for sure.

I think my clowns are just pestering this poor anemone too much. It looked great till 3 days ago I found it upside down on the sand.
I put it in my frag tank and it looks much better now.

hope it make it. nice looking nem

Well it made it till the woman plugged the powerhead in.... :(
I had it unplugged since it was so close to the power head, come home today and I can only see very limited remains on the powerhead :(

Sucks, a lot!

Err...death by powerhead, i hate when that happens!

Was so much easier before propeller pumps when we actually used power heads! I used to use empty Hagen "quick filter" cages attached to my Hagen power heads, never needed to give 'em a second thought.

The worst part is I lost 7 of my 10 lyre tails, and my perfect looking flame, took months to find one so nice. Corals still don't look great, but doesn't look like I'll lose any.
