new mantis, whatcha think?

hey guys, i got a new mantis.
a g. garphurus, i think.... well here he is, ill get pics of his tank tonight.

you cant realy see it but he has bright orange meral spots..

I can't see the 6th abdominal tergite that well, but I don't detect a carinule. The lack of this diagnostic character would make it G. glabrous.

what do i need to take a picture of in order you you to make a correct id?

Thats what you are looking for, so you want the tightest picture of the tail you can get.

oh ok ill try to get that, but seeing as he is already in his tank itll probably be unlikly, but ill try.
