Isopods are nasty buggers. Once when I was scaping one of my previous tanks one got on me and drew blood.

Man!! That's no joke. That's it I'm wearing shoulder length gloves from now on.

I'm not sure that it is an isopod. In the first picture it looks more like an Argulidae (fish lice) species. They are more common to freshwater and especially pond fish but there are also saltwater species of them.
It's a crustacean as well so the treatment shouldn't be too different.

Just another thought outside the box. I know you said you hadn't got anything recently. But have you used a coral gel type glue lately? I had several fish try to bite some and get a piece stuck for a while.

One lasted a couple days before falling off.
