new ORA today, dont know what it is / they call it.

I did some searching on oracorals.com but couldnt find anything that really looked similar, any ideas?

did you buy it as a ORA coral? if so than i guess they didnt tell you a name?most ORA corals can be found on there website..maybe you just have a pretty acro and its not ORA....

nah its ORA, on an ORA plug from a reputable store there was another one sitting right next to it that looked the same, on an ORA plug... the shopkeeper that was working at the time just didnt know offhand.. apparently it had been in inventory awhile as she didnt have a recent list to look it up.

if anything a guess at the scientific name may help me out but it doesnt seem to have many distinguishing things.. kinda blobby everywhere and the corallites barely leave the main body.

The branch in the upper right, corallite shape, and coloration make it look most like Purple Plasma to me.....just guessing
