New Osmolator Pump

Hi hi,
I have a new replacement osmolator pump, less than 2 months old. It was working great now
I hear the pump running but the white impellor does not move.

I cannot seem to open it to check if something is caught in there. I do not mind
Paying 20 dollars for a new pump but obviously I am leaving the country thursday
And no one has a replacement locally. So fixing it if possible would be the best option

It is not possible to open it. I would try turning the impeller by hand, maybe using a small screwdriver. See if it spins. If not something jammed it. If it does the shaft seperated from the impeller and I would try to drill a very small hole between the shaft and impeller and add some super glue, preferably with a needle applicator so you can get it in there and let it dry.
