New Phoenix SE's HQI?

Just a quick question, are the new 150 and 250 SE Phoenix bulbs HQI? On your site it doesn't have the asterisk in the description of the bulb to show that it is an HQI like the other HQI bulbs. So am I lead to believe that any ballast can run these bulbs?

Thanks for your post, the new 150 and 250 SE Phoenix bulbs are not HQI bulbs, you can run these bulbs on just about any ballast available on the market.
